The Golden Hamlet Owner's Association became a Registered Society in October of 2020, with an initial membership of 12 Persons. By 2023, our strength increased to 53 Persons. The clearing, cleaning, laying of roads and sprucing up the place is now bringing out the aesthetic beauty of this large layout.
We envisage to make this into a gated community with the cooperation of its members and the tireless efforts of the committee members. Our immediate goals are to fence the entire 30 acres and to seal the entries exits near at Poonjeri Koot Road & another exits near Film City and to station full time security at both these vantage points.
Members participation are the key to the successful running of a gated community. We hope to build a thriving social network of like minded people.

Golden Hamlet Layout developed in Two Phase. That is Phase I Consist of 30 Plots in Karanai Village in Surver No : 177/1, 177/3, 177/4 and Paiyanur Village in Survey No : 443/1B and 443/2B.
The Phase II are Consist of 63 Plots in Paiyanur Village in Survery No : 443/1A, 443/2A, 446/2 and 444.
